Ironwood is a luxury, family apartment developed and built by Procopio Companies in Saugus, MA. Procopio Companies came to Heavens to Betsy to create a brand that captured the core concepts of the new community and reflected on the natural elements of the area. The name of the apartment community, Ironwood, is derived from the name of a local tree species growing nearby. The Ironwood Apartment community boasts luxury apartment living surrounded by nature, an escape from the chaos of a busy city. The incorporation of natural elements such as woodgrain, stone and earth tone color palettes within the construction as well as the brand collateral created a brand that is inviting, warm and feels like home.
