Recyclist

Recyclist is a directory style, online platform for buying, selling and trading bulk recyclable materials such as steel, brick, lumber, and more. In order to generate a memorable business name and develop a strong brand identity we started by focusing on ideas and symbols typically associated with directories, maps, recycling and communities. The name “Recyclist” was formed by combining the words “recycle” and “list” to create a recognizable and simple business name that clearly defines the companies goals. Once the name was created, we used bright green hues, modern design elements and clean fonts to design business cards, a website and trade show materials to help promote the new business.
